Let’s work together…

We have years of experience when it comes to the nuances of wedding days/events. We pride ourselves in offering quality items with a design forward approach while remaining conscious of your budget.

We also believe it’s important to be upfront and transparent. Below we share our current rental policy.

RESERVATION OF RENTALS + PAYMENT

A proposal does not guarantee item availability.
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total rental quote is required to hold your reservation. Rentals are not considered reserved or confirmed until the contract is signed and the 50% deposit is paid.
The remaining balance is due in full two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to your agreed upon event drop off date. Full or partial payments are gladly accepted at any time leading up to your event.

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Additions, eliminations, and quantity revisions may be requested as many times as needed up until 2 weeks prior to the delivery date.

DELIVERY

Delivery of items does not include setup or breakdown. If you’re interested in set up/break down, please reach out and we can discuss options.

RETURNING/CLEANING YOUR RENTALS

All dinnerware, glassware, flatware, serveware and catering equipment must be rinsed and free of food prior to return. These items must also be placed in the appropriate rack as it was delivered. In the event that rentals are returned without being rinsed, the client assumes responsibility and agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $0.25 + tax per item.

DAMAGE WAIVER FEE

All orders require a 5% Damage Waiver fee. This fee is taxable, non-refundable and only applies to rented items. By paying this fee, the client is waived of their liability for rented items that are damaged because of an accident or through normal use. The waiver does not, however, cover missing items or negligent use of rentals. To ensure coverage of damaged items, the client must return the broken rental items in their appropriate container.

In the event that an item is not returned, the client will pay a replacement fee of five times the rental price of the item. Upon rental return, the point of contact or person responsible will be notified of missing items as soon as possible.

Examples of damage covered by the Damage Waiver include: accidental damage such as chips, cracks, broken china and glassware, stains on linens, and minimal damage to furniture.

Examples of items not covered by the Damage Waiver include but are not limited to: items not returned (including crates, racks, totes and dollies), items left out in the rain, items covered in wax, or items damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse.

PREPARATION FEE

All orders are subject to an 8% preparation fee. This fee is taxable and non-refundable.
